Young Scientist

A massive congratulations to the two 5th year groups from Ms. Woods Young Scientist class who made it through to the BT Young Scientist finals in the RDS in January: Rhiana Hrihor and Sarah Foster with their project on Micro Plastic Contamination in Baby Products, and Aoibhe Lovern, Niamh Perry and Sheona Redmond with their project on Public Perception and Social Acceptance of Wind Turbines in Ireland. Of 2,040 entries, our two groups have made it into the final 550 projects and we are so proud of the five girls. Best of luck in the finals.
