LCA1 trip to J-14

Yesterday the LCA1 class went on a trip to J-14.  They were completing a Key Assignment for Hotel Catering and Tourism.  They interviewed John Meade, the manager of Junction 14 about the Fast Food Industry.  John has been working in this industry since he was 15 and shared a  lot of wisdom and advice with our LCA students.  Thanks to John and to the Marketing Manager Shane Mackey for their welcome and assistance.
