HTAI Junior Cert History Quiz

Four JC students from St Paul’s travelled to Tallaght Community School to partake in the Annual HTAI History quiz. Aleksandra Kieltyka, Katie Walsh, Ellen Mahon, and Kellis Williams were chosen to represent the school. Up against 19 other very good teams from Dublin and other parts of Leinster, the girls acquitted themselves well, staying in contention until the 2nd last round, of 10.They eventually finished just outside the top 3 with the highest points total the school has ever managed at this prestigious event (54/60 is not to be scoffed at).  The final table below contains some very well known private schools, single sex schools and most if not all have twice or three times the school population of St. Paul’s. So well done to the 4 girls who finished just 3 points behind the eventual winners (and ahead of the rest!)
