GRMA Day at St Pauls!
On Friday 11th December, schools around Ireland celebrated ‘Go Raibh Maith Agaibh’ day. We have decided to celebrate this event today on our last day of school in 2020. Today our lessons paused and a video of collective acknowledgement from Ireland’s political leaders, media and sports personalities was aired.
This video thanks everyone in the school community for their hard work during this tough year. Our student council would like to say go raibh maith agaibh to everyone in our school community who have worked so hard to keep schools safe since they have reopened. This includes students, teachers, principals, parents, SNA’s, lead worker representatives, secretaries, our caretaker, cleaners, breakfast club, sweet treats, bus drivers and everyone in between!
Below are some photos we managed to capture today of members of our student council celebrating #GRMA day with people in the school community. Happy Christmas and best wishes for 2021.
