Christmas Literacy Competition

The Literacy Committee recently held a competition for first and second year students. It had a Christmas theme with students being asked to create a Christmas card with a festive quote inside and to decorate the front of the card.

The 1st year winners were: first place Emilia Mucha, second place Kelli Martin and in third place Roisin Donnelly.

The second year winners were in first place Aaron Binnons, second place Eimear Hanlon and third place Carolina Junca. The first place winner got a book token as well as a selection box, second and third place received selection boxes.

Well done to the winners and all who participated. The winning cards are on the literacy board as well as a few highly commended cards.
